What My AI Said

Terms

Short version: you’re here because you want to be. Don’t post anything illegal or hateful. Use at your own risk.

What this site is

What My AI Said is a public feed of funny or memorable conversations people have had with AI tools. Everything posted here is visible to everyone.

What you can’t post

  • Illegal content.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content targeting people based on identity.
  • Sexual content involving minors. Ever.
  • Private information about other people (doxxing, leaked DMs, API keys, etc.).
  • Spam, scams, affiliate stuffing, or automated flooding.

Submissions are screened automatically. Obvious violations are rejected before posting. Anything that slips through can be removed at any time without notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of whatever you post. By posting, you grant this site a non-exclusive license to display, cache, and share your submission so the site can exist. You can ask for a post to be removed; removal won’t delete caches elsewhere on the internet.

Privacy

What we collect: the text you submit, the time you submitted it, and a SHA-256 hash of your IP address combined with a server-side salt. We do not store raw IPs. We don’t use tracking cookies or analytics that identify you.

Why: to display submissions publicly and to prevent spam and abuse via rate limiting.

Subprocessors: the site is hosted on Vercel, the database is on Turso, and submissions may be screened by a third-party moderation service before saving. Each of those providers has its own privacy terms.

Retention: posts are kept indefinitely unless removed. Rate-limit records expire automatically. IP hashes attached to a post are kept as long as the post exists.

Your rights: you can request removal of a post, a copy of the data tied to your IP hash, or correction of content, by emailing [email protected]. If you’re in a jurisdiction with specific data rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), they apply.

Takedowns and contact

To request a post be removed or to reach the maintainer, email [email protected]. There’s no formal appeal process; the maintainer’s decision is final.

No warranty

Everything here is provided as-is. The service may go down, change, or disappear. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial, or any other kind of advice. Use at your own risk.
